Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-2 years preferred

Salary - Upto 30K

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies
  
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
  
• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree , Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
