Job Role: RPA (Power Automate) - Technical Lead
Work Mode: Hybrid
Exp: 5 to 10 years
Location: Chennai & Pune
Job Summary:
As Technical Lead - RPA Power Automate, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Develop RPA code as per client's mandated coding standards, with no major code reviews from client and with minimum handholding.
- Make sure coding standards applicable to Customer environment is followed.
- Make sure coding review for the team is aligned with expected standards.
- Perform peer review, and provide relevant feedback on coding, testing, documentation.
- Ensure UAT defects are updated and closed, to ensure smooth transition of bots from UAT to Pre-Prod and then to Prod.
- Ensure that the development team performs timely backup of the fully functional code.
- Ensure to save the backups securely as per Environment Standards and Compliance.
- Create a deployment plan for GoLive, upon completion of UAT.
- Assist other developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create reusable and modular functions, and provide support for software development activities.
- Take inputs from other RPA stakeholders, ensure Developers follow the standards and practices up to date.
Qualifications:
- Any UG Degree, Preferably from Engineering stream.
- RPA Developer advanced certification
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills:
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Minimum 4+ years relevant experience in Power Automate
- Must have understanding of web and desktop automation
- Should have experience in Excel Automation
- Must have Orchestrator understanding - Assets, Configuration
- Should have worked on API calls through Power Automate
- Communicates clearly in a timely manner with other Software and Database Development Engineers
- Basic Knowledge of and experience in Tableau and Looker
- Must have exposure working on other automation tools
- Should have hands-on experience into Power Automate Desktop as well as Cloud.
- Should be able to understand the AI Builder, Standard and Premium Connectors and be able to use them wherever necessary
- Should have working experience in US healthcare in at least one of the RCM process. [Claims/ Pre adjudication/ Prior authorization/ Denials etc.]
