Profile-Business Development Executive

We are looking for ambitious, dedicated team player with strong emotional and social intelligence to join our IT Staffing Team as a "Business Development Manager"

Responsibilities:-

Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients & candidates cold calling, marketing, & interviewing.
Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with your Recruiting partners to strategically expand your existing business
Be in constant communication with prospective candidates and clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking and the use of social media with the goal of generating new relationships.
Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals

We prefer-

4+ years of relevant business development experience; background in software development partnerships is a plus

Great track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships.

Office Timings:- 8 PM- 5:30 a.m IST( Night Shift)

Location :- Sector 57, Noida

Required Candidate profile
