Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance Sales ( Agency Channel ) @ Policybazaar

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive sales of motor insurance policies through the agency channel.
• Recruit, train and manage insurance agents/advisors for achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers and channel partners.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
• Provide end to end support to agents for policy issuance and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 1+ years in insurance sales ( Motor / General / Agency Channel preferred ).

Background: Insurance, Agency sales

Qualification: Graduate

Skills: Relationship management, strong communication and sales negotiation.
