    Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.

    Coordinate with credit & operations for smooth disbursement.

    Maintain strong customer relationships & ensure compliance.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Graduate (MBA preferred).

    15 years experience in Personal Loan/retail lending sales.

    Strong communication, negotiation & target-driven mindset.
