Job Description
Job Title : VO Unit Sales Manager- Geographical Structure
Job Location :Shiroli (Kolhapur), Kagal (Kolhapur), Rajapur (Kolhapur), Warna (Satara)
Job Responsibilities :
Achieving the sales target assigned to the USM through an array of retail products available with the company and through the verticals assigned to the USM by the BMs. Job Profile :
Achieving assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in selective regions) and through the various verticals assigned by the BM.
Handling all the retail products from SME, Bancassurance, Dealership, Agency Health, Property to Motor.
To achieve product-wise volume and value targets.
To solve problems/issues and develop a strong relationship with the channel
To meet dealers, agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, direct customers(for CE) as per journey plan
To provide after sales service.
