We are currently hiring for a leading MNC at Airoli,Mumbai.
MODE OF INTERVIEW- 2 TELEPHONIC ROUNDS
Job Profile : International non-voice process
Job Description:
To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the leading MNC.
Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze/Review data and research in various systems and tracking tools.
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
Qualifications and eligibility criteria:
Qualification- BA, BCOM,BBA,BMS(NO TECHNICAL PROFILE)
Good Verbal/written communication.
Good analytical/computer skills (Excel skills, email writing)
Freshers only(2018-2019)
Must have all hardcopy of mark sheets from 10th upto 6th sem of graduation without any backlogs, aadhar card and pancard.
Immediate joiners only.
Salary Offered : Freshers- Rs 12100 in hand per month and 15k ctc
Shift time: Night shift 5:30 pm to 3:00 am(Mon to Fri),Sat & Sun fixed off
Benefits: 2 ways cab facility within 30 kms from the work location+PF+ESIC and
Due to lockdown free laptop/desktop will be provided to the candidate's location to start work from home and proper training will also be given
