Good understanding of

1) data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.

Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.

2) Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.

Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.

3) Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for a smooth transition.

4 Maintain documentation for data conversion processes and procedures.

5) Quick learner

6) Strong XSLT, XML, Java script knowledge

7) Strong communication skills
