Job Description

Sopra Steria is looking for Technical Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Responsible for analyzing trends, technologies, and strategic communication practices in digital and enterprise technology environments. Collects and interprets data related to IT performance, project execution, stakeholder communication, and adoption of digital tools. Supports the development of communication plans for internal and external stakeholders across technology initiatives. Prepares briefing documents, performance dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership teams. Collaborates with IT, HR, and change management units to enhance user engagement and technology training programs. Evaluates communication effectiveness through surveys, usage metrics, and feedback loops. Identifies gaps in messaging and makes recommendations for improvement aligned with organizational goals.
