Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our HR team. The intern will assist with various tasks in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Recruitment Process:
- Help post job openings on various platforms.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize social media and job boards to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in building a candidate pipeline.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details to candidates.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
- Candidate Communication:
- Assist in communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech, Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: 10,000 per month
- Conversion Opportunity: Based on performance and successful completion of the internship, the intern may be offered a full-time employment opportunity.
Post-Internship Employment
- Annual CTC: 4,00,000 (4 LPA)
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): 3 years commitment from the date of joining as a full-time employee
