Python Frappe Lead
Experience : 8-13 years
Loation: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python Frappe Lead to drive the development, customization, and optimization of Frappe/ERPNext applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Development & Customization
- Design, build, and customize Frappe modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities in ERPNext.
- Integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability.
2. Technical Support
- Provide timely technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and updates.
3. Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Frappe framework and ERPNext ecosystem.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to system scalability and reliability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with the Frappe/ERPNext framework.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
