Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Agile software development projects as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Manage full PDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
• Coordinate with distributed teams, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend developers, QA, DevOps, and support
• Drive project planning, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
• Manage projects under Fixed Price and T&M engagement models, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status clearly
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
• Understand high-level architecture and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Leverage knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions and unblock teams
