Roles and Responsibilities

* Source and attract top talent for IT roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
* 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
* Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and industry trends.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
