Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning: Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Delegation: Assign tasks to team members best suited to complete them.

Decision Making: Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for progressing the project.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for teams and ensure actions remain in synergy.

Quality Control: Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain expected standards.

Adjustments: Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.

Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.

Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.

Technical Knowledge: Relevant technical knowledge depending on the industry
