Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate logistics for interview processes, including scheduling and location arrangements.
Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.
