Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
- Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using our products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to deliver high-quality project proposals and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Government Projects.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
