Power Bi Developer @ Eurofins

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and drive strategic decision-making.
  
• Build and manage ETL pipelines using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
  
• Write optimized DAX queries and Power Query scripts for advanced calculations and data transformations.
  
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources.
  
• Optimize performance and maintain existing Power BI solutions.
  
• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and best practices.
  
• Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continually enhance BI capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 47 years of Power BI development and data analysis experience.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  
• Minimum 4years in Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, Data Modeling)
  
• Minimum 4years in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
  
• Minimum 4 years in SQL Server
  
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard usability.
  
• Knowledge of Power BI Service features (publishing, refresh scheduling, security settings).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with Excel and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
