Oracle Technical Program Manager - Lead Technical Consultant @ Fujitsu

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex Oracle programs involving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), integrations, upgrades, and custom development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a program or project management role.
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle-based programs (EBS R12.x, Oracle Cloud, integrations, etc.).
• Strong technical background in Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, Interfaces/APIs, and/or Oracle Cloud tools.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale Oracle transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Projects.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with global delivery models (including coordination with GDC or offshore teams).
• Support test planning, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.

Good to Have:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or relevant Oracle certifications.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, ODI).
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) is a plus.
