Job Title: Customer Care Executive Voice & Non Voice Process

Location: Velachery, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Any Degree / Diploma/ ITI

Experience: Freshers or any Experienced can apply( Min 1 Year)

Languages Required:

Must: Hindi
Additional (any one): Bengali & Hindi / Telugu & Kannada/ Kannada & Hindi / Malayalam & Tamil

Shift & Working Days: Day Shift | 6 days working, 1 day off

Salary: 1.8 LPA 2 LPA (including PF & ESI) + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
Maintain polite and professional communication.
Update customer records and details.
