Platform and Integrations

Must have:

*System support and maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues related to data flow and performance.

*Integration design and development: Design, develop, and deploy integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like ERP, CRM, HR, and Active Directory. This is done using methods like REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom connectors.
*Workflow automation: Use tools like IntegrationHub and Flow Designer to build automated workflows that span across multiple applications. This minimizes manual effort and improves process efficiency.
