Job Description

We are Hiring for Relationship Officer LAP (Loan against Property) MSME Loans, Home Loans, Housing Finance.

Experience: 1 Year into LAP OR HOME LOAN

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Acquisition & Sales

Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, and channel partners.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and existing client networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP sales & disbursement targets.

Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other intermediaries to drive business.
Keep track of competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to pitch products effectively.
Organize promotional activities to increase product visibility in the target market.
