 About The Role  The Program Manager/Scrum Master will play a dual role in overseeing multiple projects and facilitating Scrum processes. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:  Program Management: 
  • Develop, manage, and execute program plans, including project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program milestones.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

    •  Scrum Master Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Scrum best practices and agile methodologies.
  • Remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and experiment with new ideas.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.

    •  Requirements: 
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

    •  Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
  • Experience in [specific industry or technology relevant to the company].
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience with scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
