Job Description

All India Marketing & Sales) Head-Ludhiana: Key Result Areas
1.Mapping & analyzing business potential, identifying/appointing new dealers/distributors for Men's Casual Wear Garments all over the country.
2.Overseeing Distribution/MBO operations thereby achieving higher sales growth and maximize profitability.
3.Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities and appointing new Distributors for ensuring brand visibility and achieving market share in all major zones like West, East, South, North & Central India.
4.Use a variety of methods and processes to understand the market, customers, competitors, our own position and new trends in MEN'S CASUAL WEAR /T-SHIRTS/ GARMENT industry.
5.Responsible to coordinate the annual strategic planning process for the entire country.
6.To lead a team, visit the leading Distributors/MBO's/Dealers to promote better commercial relations.
