Job Description
Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure), manage backups and DR, and provide telecom/voice platform support for contact center technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor backups, disaster recovery procedures and storage provisioning (e.g., Commvault, NetApp).
- Provide application support, monitor system health and capacity planning.
- Manage server/cloud infrastructure and application support.
- Provide Operating System Support (Windows ~90%, Linux ~9%, Mac ~1%).
- Support Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
- Execute patching schedules across servers and endpoints.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize impact.
- Track patch compliance and report on status.
- 3+ years in systems engineering/infrastructure support (Windows, Linux, Azure Cloud).
- Experience with backup tools (Commvault), storage platforms (NetApp, Pure), and cloud environments.
- Experience with patching tools (Ivanti is preferred. SCCM, WSUS, Ansible).
- Understanding of change management and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
