Desired Candidate Profile

Gathering project requirements from the Business Analyst or client. Documenting project requirements and defining software requirement specifications.
End-to-end ownership and management of the project from RFP till successful Project Closure.
Team management (task allocation, motivation, productivity).
Change Management during the project.
Documentation at various stages of the SDLC scope, Quality Assurance, Test Plans, Checklists for Developers, Design documentation, Client deliverables (status updates, Risk Analysis).
Payments and profitability of the project. Performs overall day-to-day management of the project.
Regular client communication for updates, reviews, and milestones of deliverables.
Successful Project Closure.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required for the role.
Leadership qualities.
Ability to understand customers stated and un-stated needs/objectives from the requirements mentioned.
Ability to have hands-on involvement with the team for motivation and help during crisis situations.
Ability to foresee risks and mitigate them in anticipation.

Ability to conceptualize IT solutions and understand new and old technology easily.

Proven experience in E-Learning domain

Education:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
