Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development & Management:
    • Build, onboard, and maintain a strong network of channel partners across the Ghaziabad region.
    • Develop strategies to activate and engage channel partners for lead generation and sales closures.
    • Regularly conduct channel partner meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Drive property sales through channel partners by setting monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Work closely with marketing and project teams to support sales through campaigns and events.
    • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, train, and manage the channel sales team to ensure high performance and target delivery.
    • Assign leads, monitor conversions, and maintain discipline within the team.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Conduct competitor analysis and keep updated with current real estate trends in the Ghaziabad market.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in channel sales leadership.
  • Strong network of real estate agents and brokers in Ghaziabad and surrounding areas.
  • Proven team management skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
