- Job Description (ScienceLogic)Responsibilities Mainly responsible for integrating Sciencelogic with SolarWinds, DB, Storage, Backup related OEM tools for event management and making ScienceLogic as Manager of Managers
- Highly proficient in creating custom monitoring, event policy creation& suppression, event correlation in Sciencelogic
- Highly proficient in creating service maps, relationship topology in Sciencelogic
- Integration with ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow/ BMC Helix for CMDB, Incident and Change request
- Develop custom dashboards to monitor and alert for critical business applications to catch an issue before the impact
- Develop custom reports for SLA reporting in case OOB reports doesnt suffice
- Knowledge on basic Python/ Low code no code scripting to create
