Duties & Responsibilities (Post Training Completion):

• Execute day-to-day retail operations of the store and ensure smooth adherence to SOPs.
  
• Support and guide a small team of associates to deliver reliable customer service.
  
• Ensure 100% adherence to Planogram (POG) and promotional execution in the store.
  
• Work with the team to minimize dump, shrinkage, and other operational losses.
  
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
  
• Monitor consumables usage within budget and contribute to cost optimization.
