Minimum Graduate and undergraduate with 6 months BPO Experience.
Excellent spoken and written Communication in English.
Good command over spoken language, good writing skills, pleasing personality, rapport building ability, problem solving abilities, great service attitude, analytical bend of mind, tenacity to handle end to end solutions.

. Its a work from home job after lock down also.

. Once you have to selected all the rounds company will providing you laptop and headphones also.

. All rounds done by telephonic due to corona virus, No need to go outside.

. I need minimum 6 months of voice process experience candidate in pune location only.

. I need good communication candidate.
