Job Description: Embedded Software Developer RTOS & Instrument Cluster HMI SW Apps

Position Overview

We are seeking an Embedded Software Developer with 46 years of experience in graphics and instrument cluster development. The role focuses on hands-on development, debugging, and supporting application design and testing activities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software for instrument cluster and HMI applications.
• Implement features in Embedded C/C++ with focus on quality and performance.
• Contribute to software design using UML and modeling tools (IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect).
• Work with IPC and multi-threading concepts for system-level communication.
• Debug software issues and support integration testing.
• Collaborate with senior developers, following coding guidelines and project standards.
• Support unit test development and simulation environments.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 46 years of embedded software development experience with graphics and instrument clusters.
• Strong skills in C, C++, Data Structures, STL, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS/HMI applications.
• Familiarity with UML modeling tools (IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect).
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Repos like Git / Bitbucket.
• Knowledge on DevOps Pipeline.
