We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients across global markets.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone calls for international clients
- Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads and managers for continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Should have at least 6 months of International BPO voice experienece
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
