Job Description

Hiring Requirement:-
Industry Background: Candidates should have a background in the automotive industry

Preference 1 - Commercial Vehicle
Preference 2 - Spare parts
Preference 3 - Battery and tyre
We can also consider candidates from related sectors such as battery, tire, or spare parts.


Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (mandatory) or a bachelor's degree is
preferred.


Experience: Candidates must have at least one year of experience in commercial vehicle
sales (3-wheeler or 4-wheeler).


Responsibilities: The role involves field sales, demand generation, cold calling, and a
daily target of 8-10 customer visits.


Sales Target: The monthly retail target is 2-3 vehicle sales.


Salary: The monthly salary will range from INR 12,000 to INR 25,000, depending on
location.


Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives will be provided.
Allowances: A monthly travel allowance will be provided separately.
