Job Description

ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

• Develop and customize integrations with various IT systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

• Troubleshoot issues within the ITOM modules and ensure data integrity in the CMDB.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting, adhering to best practices.

• Experience in ITIL processes and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
