Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To recruit, train & develop good quality prospective Agency Partners and insurance advisors
• Conducts regular meetings and empanelment and activation of AP and advisors
• Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information
• Obtains and analyses information from market to identify new clients and advisors
• Do the Field Sales/Joint calls to increase the AP / advisor strength and Business
• Drives ongoing sales from the advisors and contribute towards regions achievements Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Full time Graduation (Mandatory)
• Preferable Age up to 35 years
• Willing to do field sales Job
• Local candidate with strong social network.
• Having Two-Wheeler is must.
• Good Communication Skills and Preventability
• Preferable Candidate from Insurance (Life/General/Health) with Agency Sales Experience
