Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Achieve monthly targets of 75 Demat and 25 Margin accounts (25k average margin), with 2x revenue in the first year and 3x in subsequent years.
Conduct a minimum of 3 client meetings and 1 branch visit daily to drive sales and strengthen relationships.
Ensure at least 12 First Trades per month through follow-ups and client engagement.
Execute all promotions, contests, and marketing campaigns effectively across assigned branches.
Conduct 4 training sessions monthly for partners and bank staff to enhance product awareness.
Support channel partners on joint client calls and assist in lead conversions.
