Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 57 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies and data engineering tools, with a focus on building scalable data pipelines and modernizing legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
- Write efficient and scalable code using PySpark and Python.
- Perform complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
- Implement data transformations using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Manage incidents and changes using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reverse engineer legacy systems and support modernization efforts.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all processes.
Required Skills:
- Azure Cloud Services
- Databricks (Workflows and Notebooks)
- PySpark and Python
- SQL (Complex queries, performance tuning)
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- DBT (Data Build Tool)
- ServiceNow (Incident and change management)
- Experience in reverse engineering and legacy system modernization is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
