Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruit agent advisors and generate business through them.
Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling

and cross selling of product mix

Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent

communication skills

Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 12

months

Applicant must be excellent at sales skills and social networking skills
