• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
  
• Train advisors on company products, sales processes, and compliance norms.
  
• Drive business through advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Motivate and monitor advisors for consistent performance.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
  
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the advisor team.
  
• Maintain MIS reports and update sales records.
