Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineering (QE) Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, AI/ML pipelines, and GenAI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and validate AI-driven solutions while ensuring robust quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions.
- Validate AI/ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Implement and test RAG pipelines for knowledge management using vector databases, embeddings, and graph structures.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performing Python-based systems.
- Ensure quality engineering best practices across CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments (AWS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Required Skills:
- Python Expertise: FastAPI, Flask, async programming, RESTful APIs.
- AI/ML Experience: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn for model lifecycle management.
- GenAI Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Neo4j, Bedrock.
- RAG Pipelines: Hands-on with vector databases, embeddings, and graph-based architectures.
- Prompt Engineering: Optimization and fine-tuning techniques.
- Graph Databases: Neo4j or agent-based architectures.
- Strong grounding in Quality Engineering concepts and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS deployment.
- Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and solutioning skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Playwright/Selenium for test automation.
- Prior experience in product development or innovation labs.
