We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing IT change processes within enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ITIL v4 change management practices, demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and ensure minimal risk and disruption during change implementation.
The Change Manager will play a key role in governing, coordinating, and continuously improving the Change Management process, ensuring that all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL v4 best practices.
Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper review and approval of all RFCs (Requests for Change).
Evaluate the impact, risk, and benefits of proposed changes and ensure proper categorization and prioritization (Standard, Normal, Emergency).
Collaborate with Service Owners, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to plan and schedule changes effectively. Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs for change assessment, approval, and closure.
Maintain accurate change records and produce reports/metrics for management review and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Drive Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and identify improvement opportunities to reduce change-related incidents.
Partner with Problem and Incident Management teams to analyze and mitigate change-induced issues.
Contribute to process optimization, automation, and governance initiatives across ITSM domains.
Required Qualifications & Skills-
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3-7 years of experience in Change Management within IT infrastructure or application environments.
ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (mandatory).
Proven experience in using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes especially Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
