Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Knowledge of Hydro structure & hydraulic analysis.
- Carry out checks on the work carried out by AutoCAD technicians
- Knowledge of layout planning for Hydro & PSP projects.
- Knowledge of hydro structures stability analysis.
- Proficient in geotechnical analysis for rock support.
- Knowledge of Transient Analysis is preferable.
- Checking Consultants Design & ensure designs meet Clients requirements and compliance with relevant Codes of Practice.
- Review of detailed engineering, construction drawings, construction methodologies for the components like headrace tunnels, powerhouse, tail race tunnels, etc. GFRD DAM, Intake structure
- Able to review deliverables for the project.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all disciplines.
- Maintaining all records as per requirement
Preferred candidate profile :
As structural Engineer, having excellent knowledge of structure design and detailing. Excellent knowledge of various concrete structures involved in hydro projects/ PSP Projects.
Excellent knowledge of Indian standard codes and various international codes.
Education Qualification : Bachelors Degree in civil engineering / Master's degree in structural engineering from a recognized university and minimum 7 to 15 years' experience with a proven track record of executing and managing large scale design projects.
Software Skills- Software like STADDPRO / ANSIS/ SAP/RS2/ETAB / Bentley HAMMER & proficient in structural analysis .
Project- PSP Hydro project-1000 MW project @ Bhivpuri-Karjat(Mumbai).
20 KMS distance from Karjat Railway Station to Project location.
Note- Company Bus transportation is being provided to site location.
Additional Site accommodation allowances is provided.
