Prime Responsibilities:

  • You would be responsible for new IT Client Acquisition for Recruitment/Outsourcing Service in India and Middle East Market for Convate.
  • Accountable for overseeing, new customer development, new business opportunities in new/existing customers and mapping competition in the market, Opportunity analysis. Prospecting potential clients and generating leads for potential sales from multiple sources on the web.
  • Prepare and update new/existing company profiles and other marketing material.
  • Develops plans and recommends practices and policies to bring in business volumes..
  • Exhibiting good negotiation, presentation skills and maintain excellent relations with important potential clients to ensure continuance and enhancement of business relations.
  • Geographical focus - Middle East(30% focus) (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain) and India (70% focus)

Domain focus - IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI (one or more domains will be assigned)

Fix Face 2 Face meetings with the prospects

Track client agreements to be signed and renewed


Expected Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong Analytical and Negotiation Skills
  • Honest at work
  • Self-Motivated and Initiative driven
  • Must have a fast speed of work with accuracy

Qualification: MBA ( Preferred ), Passion towards Sales is a must

Experience:3+ yr of exp Business Development/Marketing / Sales experience preferably in the Recruitment Industry. Acquired clients from IT product-based companies, Captives, Engineering industries would be preferable


Job Location:Anywhere in India


Compensation:As par with the industry standard and as per the relevance of your experience.


Working Days:We work for a normal shift for 9 hours/day and 5 and a half days a week, so Saturday's will be half-day and last Saturday of the month will be off. Sundays will be fixed off.
