Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Health Agency Channel, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective relationship management with agencies.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's presence in the market.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2 to 7 years experience in any Insurance and BFSI Sector

Education: Any Graduate Must
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Gender: Male / Female

CTC Range: 3 LPA to 5.LPA (Plus Incentive)
Allowances: Petrol + Mobile
