Senior Manager(Salesforce Architect exp mandatory)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.

Job Requirements :

• 14-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud (HC) module in Salesforce CRM platform.
• Excellent people management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships.
