Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure OFSAA ECM modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
Customize workflows, alerts, and case management rules within OFSAA ECM.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing OFSAA ECM implementations.
