Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Active Directory, Storage & Infrastructure Support Engineer:

Manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, user access.
Maintain Windows servers & VMware/HyperV.
Handle SAN/NAS storage, backups & restores.
Perform patching, updates & incident resolution.
Ensure documentation & security compliance.
37 yrs exp; strong infra troubleshooting; preferred certifications: MCSA/MCSE, VCP.
35 years of experience in AD, storage, and infra support.
Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, Windows Server, storage systems, and backups.
Familiarity with virtualization, monitoring tools, and basic networking.
Certifications like MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or storage vendor certs preferred.
Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
