Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and execute an annual Business Development Plan aligned with company strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed annual new client acquisition targets.
  • Analyze market trends and business needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic business relationships, negotiating contracts to drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand the companys footprint and market presence.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure tender and bid opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and align them with company offerings.
  • Lead and manage bid/tender documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit business proposals and reports to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for government missions, establishing and maintaining key relationships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing VFS Globals value proposition.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to successful handover.
  • Represent VFS Global in high-level business meetings and delegations.
  • Drive business expansion by setting up new ventures and launching innovative initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen the companys brand reputation and market positioning.
  • Safeguard intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, and proprietary technologies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business growth objectives.

  • Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
