ISTQualification: BSC, BCA, BE, MBA, MCAJob Description:We are looking for a talented and creative Associate Motion Graphic Designer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product demos, and more
- You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and the ability to translate concepts into dynamic visuals
- Skills Responsibilities: Create and Edit Video Content: Cut and assemble footage for marketing, social media, corporate, product, or event videos
- Design and Animate Motion Graphics: Build visually compelling motion elements including intros/outros, transitions, explainer videos, and animated infographics
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to meet visual objectives and deadlines
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company s brand identity and messaging
- Optimize Videos for Different Platforms: Adapt content dimensions, formats, and run-times for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites
- Manage Assets and Revisions: Maintain project files, templates, and assets in an organized system for easy retrieval and version control
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest video and animation trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to content creation
- Must have Skills: Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve), Proficient in editing raw footage, sequencing, trimming, and transitions
- Motion Graphics Animation: Adobe After Effects, Ability to create 2D animations, kinetic typography, and motion design elements
- Graphic Design Software: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, Creating and editing design assets for use in video
- Visual Storytelling: Strong understanding of visual narrative, pacing, and scene composition, Ability to interpret scripts/storyboards into engaging video content
- Color Grading Audio Editing: Basic color correction and grading, Syncing audio, sound design, and background score management File Format Handling: Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression techniques, and export settings for web and social media platforms
- Attention to Detail: Eye for visual aesthetics, alignment, and pixel perfection, Ensures consistency in brand, tone, and message Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, Efficient project organization and asset management Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize unique visual styles and effects, Proactive in suggesting design and content enhancements Team Collaboration Communication: Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, content writers), Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
