Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor & evaluate sales calls for quality, compliance, and conversion effectiveness.
Analyze lead quality and provide actionable feedback to Sales & Marketing teams.
Prepare and update sales scripts, communication templates, and objection-handling guidelines.
Support account opening (KYC, Demat & Trading) and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Conduct sales and product training sessions for team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams.
