• Hands-on experience in HCC coding
• Perform accurate HCC coding as per CMS/HHS risk adjustment guidelines
• Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity
